Tully Smith

Tully built a career in strategic communications, corporate affairs and strategy. A proven leader, Tully has held senior positions across government, sport, and in the private sector, including working for top ten ASX listed companies. 

With global experience, Tully served as General Manager with the American Chamber of Commerce and as Chief Executive Officer of the Australia India Chamber of Commerce.

Success as a strategist has seen Tully twice included in the Ipsos Global Reputation Council, considered the definitive list of the worlds most influential communicators. With only around 100 people included globally each year, Tully is one of only a small number of Australians to make the list.

Dr Andrew Roberts

With a solid 20+ year record of over-achievement and demonstrated success in the Professional Services industry, Andrew is a highly experienced Managing Director and Strategist. He prefers to tackle roles as a hands-on leader, which has led to his proven track record in shaping and managing solid business growth.

He has a wealth of experience in Asia Pacific markets including all major key verticals, particularly as an accomplished and experienced complex solutions business developer.

Tim Christensen

Tim loves improving business operations and achieving commercial success by discovering and interpreting knowledge and plotting courses to sustainable and long-lasting change.

He has 16+ years’ experience in operations, sales and leadership across the professional services fields of technology, service and experience design, digital transformation, business strategy & innovation.

Tim’s possesses core skills in human relatability, communication, stakeholder and team engagement, data interpretation and decision making, go-to-market and sales strategy, process and operational improvement, team management and leadership.

Dr Ryan Jopp

Senior Advisor, Research & Education

Dr Ryan Jopp is a passionate educator and researcher with over a decade’s experience analysing issues relating to business and sustainability. He has taught and developed various subjects relating to management, tourism, hospitality, sustainability, and social impact, and is a strong advocate for environmental protection and social change.

In 2012 he successfully completed his PhD on tourism and climate change adaptation and has numerous sustainability and management publications in top rated journals and has presented at various international conferences.

Ryan is also a multi award-winning teacher and innovator, with recent education-based research focusing on authentic learning, assessment choice, and peer evaluation.

Nadia Giusti

Practice Manager

Nadia supports ESG&I. clients with onboarding, communications, administration and finance.

She works closely with Geoff to source, analyse and manage international and local clients and manages the day to day practice operations.

Nadia also assists with business development, events and general administration. 

Dr Abhijeet Kashyap

Associate, Management Consulting

Abhijeet works closely with ESG&I. founder and principal consultant, and the wider team in areas such as research, social enterprise capability building, business development.

He is also focussed on establishing new corporate partnerships, supporting consultancy projects, creating valuable content, and taking the lead on our new social innovation opportunities.

Giselle Bernal

Associate, Social Media Management & Marketing

Giselle has a bachelor's degree in Business plus more than four years of international experience, in administrative functions, policy and social media management and marketing, project coordination, logistics, verbal and written communication, teamwork, leadership, and self-driven execution. 

She has previously worked with the Australian Embassy and Jonquilla home and community care and is currently completing her Masters in Marketing with Swinburne University of Technology.
